“Dr. Tom is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever visited. He’s professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything, making each visit stress-free. August 28, 2024My extraction was not completed fully. The dentist could not remove all the bone. It was painful to eat etc but I thought it might heal and wear off. It didnt. I essentially could not eat on that side of my mouth. Sudden sharp pain. So I made an appointment to see the dentist again to get it sorted. In fairness Avondale didn’t bill me for this session. It did not go well. The same dentist from last time worked on it for maybe 15 minutes. She did not remove the remains of the tooth. Again she said that it was buried there and would not cause me any bother. Unfortunately the stinging pain in my tooth is still there and I eat my food on the right side. I’m on the lookout for a new dentist because I don’t want to go back to Avondale. Avoid.

Brilliant, brilliant service. I’ve had regular dentistry, periodontic care and a chipped tooth repaired here and all have been excellent. Never waiting longer than 5 minutes to be seen, never in there longer than an hour, appointments are arranged very professionally and clearly and the dentists are all so careful and skilled. So happy I moved to this practice.
