Dr Roise Kelly has joined Avondale Dental clinic to provide a prosthodontic service. Her role within Avondale will be to provide solutions to those difficult prosthodontic cases -cases involving high aesthetic demands, challenging restorative cases, implant retained restorations / dentures and full dentures.
These cases are sometimes beyond the skill set of The general dental practitioner. She will
also work alongside Dr Paul Burgess (periodontist) to provide any implant retained restorations that
may be required.
Apart from working in Avondale she will also be teaching in Dublin Dental University Hospital
Roise received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2004 from the Queen’s University of Belfast,
N. Ireland and after working for four years in general practice I returned to education to complete
my specialist training. She completed a three-year postgraduate program in Prosthodontics and
Implant Dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry, USA. She elected to complete an
additional one-year teaching fellowship at the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant
Dentistry, NYU. She is currently expanding my knowledge in digital dentistry while undertaking a
MAS in Digital Dental Technologies, at the University of Geneva, Switzerland (2020-2022).
